• Estimate mitigated revenue exposures by location to major outages
• Overlay natural hazard risk profiles
• Build a picture of regulatory non-compliance history
• Uncover upstream dependencies in our client’s supply chain by working with our partners to understand geopolitical and natural hazard risks.

Our client was able to get a clear picture of every major vulnerability in their supply chain from supply node stock to revenue exposures by location; natural hazards and geopolitical risks to non-compliance histories. This detailed data enabled our client to accurately identify, track and manage its supply chain exposure and create a robust supply chain risk mitigation strategy.
